Connect to your inner warrior


Next time you strike a warrior pose (or do it right now!) ask yourself:

What does being a warrior mean to you? 
What can this pose cultivate that you need right now? 

It could be inner or outer strength, feeling confident or powerful, standing in your own truth, standing up for yourself...  Making a mantra or an affirmation of any word or sentence that resonates with you.  Repeating it to yourself, in present tense, as you stand in your pose.

For example, I am strong or I am confident
