If you haven't already, I really recommend you to read "The power of now" and "A new earth" by Eckhart Tolle. If you've read them, read them again ;) There's always more to learn, or as he would say, to be reminded of. In his own words, "I cannot tell you any spiritual truth that deep within you don't know already. All I can do is remind you of what you have forgotten."
